Auf jeden Teller eine Scheibe Brot legen, mit Knoblauch einreiben und mit der Essigmischung betr\u00e4ufeln.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Tomaten, Zwiebel, Paprika, Gurke, Sellerie und Basilikum in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermengen, das Oliven\u00f6l zugeben. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Oregano w\u00fcrzen und alles gr\u00fcndlich mischen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Den Salat auf die Brotscheiben verteilen und etwa 10 Min. durchziehen lassen.
