Ihr altmodischer Ruf wird ihr allerdings kein bisschen gerecht &#8211; mit ein bisschen Kreativit\u00e4t verwandelt sich die tiefrote R\u00fcbe n\u00e4mlich ruck zuck zum Star jeder Grillparty und in einen (Augen-) Schmaus f\u00fcr versierte Feinschmecker.<\/p>\n<p>Jede Menge B-Vitamine, Eisen, Fols\u00e4ure und wertvolles Eisen machen die Rote Bete au\u00dferdem zum Fitmacher mit einem unverkennbar zarten, erfrischend s\u00e4uerlichen Geschmack. Unser heutiger Rezept-Tipp ist ein feines Rote-Bete-Carpaccio, f\u00fcr das Ihr die praktischen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/products\/hengstenberg-rote-bete-kugeln\" target=\"_blank\">Rote-Bete-Kugeln von Hengstenberg<\/a> (in der brandnooz Mai Box) verwenden k\u00f6nnt. Mit der delikaten <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/products\/mazzetti-cremaceto-classico\" target=\"_blank\">Balsamico-Creme von Mazzetti<\/a> (ebenfalls aus der Box) k\u00f6nnt Ihr die gesunde Leckerei au\u00dferdem elegant garnieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">300 g Rote Bete<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">eine Handvoll Pinienkerne (oder Waln\u00fcsse)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">2-3 Champignons<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">etwas Rucola<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">etwas Balsamico sowie Oliven\u00f6l<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">Salz &amp; Pfeffer<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/rotebete2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7562\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/rotebete2.jpg\" alt=\"rotebete2\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/rotebete2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/rotebete2-373x248.jpg 373w, https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/rotebete2-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Und so geht\u00b4s:<\/strong><br \/>\n<span itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\"><br \/>\nDie Rote Bete in hauchfeine Scheiben schneiden und auf dem Teller drapieren. Die Champignons ebenfalls hauchfein schneiden und darauf verteilen. Anschlie\u00dfend den Rucola dekorativ obenauf anrichten. Nun die Pinienkerne (oder Waln\u00fcsse) in einer Pfanne goldbraun anr\u00f6sten und \u00fcber das Carpaccio streuen.<\/p>\n<p>Etwas Balsamico-Creme mit einem guten Schuss Oliven\u00f6l, Salz und Pfeffer verr\u00fchren und den Salat damit betr\u00e4ufeln.
