In unserem neuen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/produkt-test\/kerrygold-buttervariationen\" target=\"_blank\">Produkttest mit den Kerrygold Butterspezialit\u00e4ten<\/a> suchen wir im Moment <strong>2.500 Tester<\/strong>, die jeweils kostenlos 12 Packungen der leckeren Butter einkaufen gehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben f\u00fcr Euch zwei leckere Rezeptideen nachgekocht, die jetzt schon unbedingt f\u00fcr die warmen Monate vorgemerkt werden sollten.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/faltbrot_blogbild.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6987 photo\" alt=\"Faltbrot mit Kerrygoldbutter und Gew\u00fcrzen\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/faltbrot_blogbild.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"409\" itemprop=\"image\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/faltbrot_blogbild.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/faltbrot_blogbild-300x205.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Faltbrot<\/h4>\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">600 g Mehl<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">300 g lauwarmes Wasser<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 W\u00fcrfel Hefe<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">\u00bd TL Zucker<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">2 TL Salz<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">50 g \u00d6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Belag:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"\u201dingredients\u201d\">\n<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">2 Knoblauchzehen<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 Zwiebel, halbiert<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">\u00bd Bund Petersilie, ohne Stiele<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">120 g Kerrygold Kr\u00e4uter-Butter<\/li>\n<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 TL Salz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n<div id=\"rezept-zubereitung\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\nAlle Teigzutaten in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben und 2 Minuten lang ordentlich kneten. Den Teig zu einem etwa backblechgro\u00dfen Rechteck ausrollen.<\/p>\n<p>Knoblauch, Zwiebel und Petersilie in die R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben und mit einem Mixer ein paar Sekunden lang auf h\u00f6chster Stufe zerkleinern. Butter und Salz dazugeben und das Ganze etwa eine halbe Minute lang vermischen.<\/p>\n<p>Den ausgerollten Teig mit der Knoblauchbutter bestreichen und in ca. 5 cm breite Streifen schneiden. Die Streifen anschlie\u00dfend wie eine Ziehharmonika in Falten legen, in eine gefettete Springform dicht nebeneinander setzen und ca. 15 Minuten gehen lassen. Die Backform auf ein Backblech oder auf Alufolie setzen, da eventuell Fett austreten kann, und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200\u00b0C ca. 25-30 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230; schmeckt frisch aus dem Ofen besonders gut!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/garnelen_blogbild.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6988 photo\" alt=\"garnelen_blogbild\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/garnelen_blogbild.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/garnelen_blogbild.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/garnelen_blogbild-373x248.jpg 373w, https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/garnelen_blogbild-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hierzu passen zarte <strong>Garnelen<\/strong> perfekt. Die gew\u00fcnschte Menge der Meeresfr\u00fcchte einfach mit einer guten Portion Kerrygold Chili-Paprika -Butter f\u00fcr etwa 2-3 Minuten pro Seite anbraten, bis sie rosafarben werden. Anschlie\u00dfend nach Geschmack salzen.<\/p>\n<p>Wer es besonders pikant mag, der kann noch etwas zerkleinerte Chili-Schote hinzugeben.
