Mische die Backmischung mit Kakao, f\u00fcge 80 g weiche Butter und 2 EL Milch hinzu und verarbeite alles mit dem Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4t (Knethaken) zu Streuseln. Schmelze 130 g Nougat im Wasserbad und lass es etwas abk\u00fchlen. Mische einen Teil der Quarkmasse mit dem Nougat, bevor du diese Mischung unter die restliche Quarkmasse hebst.
