Perfekt f\u00fcr die Adventszeit!&#x2b50;&#x1f384;<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>Zutaten<\/h2>\n<h3>F\u00fcr die Zimtsterne:<\/h3>\n<p>100 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/produkte\/kellogg-s-zimmys-cinnamon-stars\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kellogg\u2019s Zimmys<\/a><br \/>3 Eier (Gr\u00f6\u00dfe M)<br \/>100 g Puderzucker<br \/>150 g Mandeln, gemahlen<br \/>100 g Haseln\u00fcsse, gemahlen<br \/>1 TL Backpulver<br \/>1 TL Zimt<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00fcr das Topping:<\/h3>\n<p>2 Eiklar (Gr\u00f6\u00dfe M)<br \/>320 g Puderzucker<br \/>1 EL Zitronensaft<br \/>20 g Kellogg\u2019s Zimmys<\/p>\n<h2>Zubereitung<\/h2>\n<p>Backofen vorheizen (Ober-\/Unterhitze: 140 \u00b0C). Zimmys in eine K\u00fcchenmaschine geben und fein mahlen. Eier trennen und das Eiklar steif schlagen. Puderzucker hinzugeben und so lange schlagen, bis sich alles aufgel\u00f6st hat und der Eischnee gl\u00e4nzt.<\/p>\n<p>Gemahlene Mandeln, Haseln\u00fcsse und gemahlene Zimmys in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben, Backpulver und Zimt hinzugeben und vermengen. Eiklar hinzugeben und gut kneten. Den Teig im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr ca. 2 Stunden abgedeckt ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Anschlie\u00dfend den Teig ca. 2 cm dick ausrollen und mit einem Ausstecher Sterne ausstechen und auf einem mit Backpapier belegten Backblech auf unterer Schiene ca. 20 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Anschluss die noch hei\u00dfen Sterne auf Holzspie\u00dfe stecken. F\u00fcr die Glasur Eiklar und Puderzucker in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und steif schlagen. Zitronensaft hinzuf\u00fcgen und die Zimtsterne in die Masse tunken.
