APFELESSIG<br \/>\nJE \u00bd TL INGWERPULVER UND RASEL HANOUT<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Zubereitung:<\/h3>\n<p>1. Johannisbeeren waschen und von den Rispen streifen. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch abziehen und zusammen mit der Pfefferschote fein w\u00fcrfeln.<\/p>\n<p>2. Anschlie\u00dfend mit Johannisbeeren, Zucker, Essig und Gew\u00fcrzen s\u00e4mig einkochen \u2013 sp\u00e4ter abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>3. Salat waschen und trocken schleudern. Fleisch fein w\u00fcrfeln und mithilfe eines Rings zu vier Patties formen.<br \/>\n4. Zum Servieren in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne in \u00d6l bei mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten jeweils 2-3 Min. goldbraun braten, dann salzen sowie pfeffern.<\/p>\n<p>5. K\u00e4se in 8 Scheiben schneiden und jeweils 2 auf die hei\u00dfen Patties legen.
