\nUnser Familienunternehmen steht seit mehr als 80 Jahren f\u00fcr hochwertige Naturkostgetr\u00e4nke, die Verbundenheit mit unseren Anbaupartnern und den achtsamen Umgang mit nat\u00fcrlichen Ressourcen.<\/p>\n

Woher kommt eigentlich der\u00a0<\/strong>Name Voelkel?<\/strong>
\nVoelkel ist unser Familienname. Meine Urgro\u00dfeltern Margret und Karl Voelkel tr\u00e4umten von einem Leben auf dem Land, im Einklang mit der Natur. Von diesem Wunsch beseelt, siedelten sie hier ins Wendland und stellten mit einer mobilen Saftpresse die ersten Voelkel S\u00e4fte her. Ihre Vision einer nachhaltigen, zukunftsf\u00e4higen Landwirtschaft ist uns bis heute eine Herzensangelegenheit.<\/p>\n

Was geh\u00f6rt zum Sortiment\u00a0<\/strong>von Voelkel? Und gibt es einen\u00a0<\/strong>Verkaufsschlager?<\/strong>
\nUnser Sortiment umfasst rund 200 Obst- und Gem\u00fcses\u00e4fte, Fruchtsaftvariationen und Erfrischungsgetr\u00e4nke in Bio- und Demeter-Qualit\u00e4t. Absolute Lieblingsprodukte sind BioZisch Matcha und der feldfrische M\u00f6hrensaft.<\/p>\n

Was ist das Besondere an den\u00a0<\/strong>Getr\u00e4nken von Voelke\"stefan-voelkel-zu-besuch-beim-anbaupartner-goeknur-aus-der-tuerkei-fuer-dem\"l?\u00a0<\/strong>
\nWir achten immer auf hochwertige Rohsto\u001fffe aus \u00f6kologischem Anbau, verwenden keine Konservierungs- oder Farbstoffe und arbeiten konsequent ohne gentechnisch ver\u00e4nderte Rohwaren. So wie die Natur Fr\u00fcchte und Gem\u00fcse im Laufe eines Erntejahres hat reifen lassen, so soll auch unser Saft am Ende schmecken. Unsere Freude an gutem Geschmack und die Liebe zum Safthandwerk finden sich in jedem Produkt unseres vielf\u00e4ltigen Sortiments wieder. Qualit\u00e4tsgrunds\u00e4tze, die man schmeckt.<\/p>\n

Was hat es mit dem Fastenkasten\u00a0<\/strong>auf sich?<\/strong>
\nSaftfasten mit Gem\u00fcses\u00e4ften bedeutet Entschlacken f\u00fcr K\u00f6rper, Seele und Geist. Der K\u00f6rper sch\u00f6pft w\u00e4hrend der Fastenzeit Kraft und W\u00e4rme aus k\u00f6rpereigenen Depots, w\u00e4hrend dem Organismus durch die Gem\u00fcses\u00e4fte Mineralsto\u001fffe und (in einem geringen Ma\u00df) Kalorien zugef\u00fchrt werden. Dadurch ist die Sto\u001fffwechselumstellung beim Saftfasten etwas milder und wird oft als besser vertr\u00e4glich beschrieben. Speziell f\u00fcr die Fastentage haben wir einen Saftfastenkasten mit sechs verschiedenen Gem\u00fcses\u00e4ften zusammengestellt. Sie unterst\u00fctzen verschiedene soziale Organisationen und\u00a0<\/strong>haben die \u201eVoelkel-Fl\u00fcchtlingshilfe\u201c\u00a0<\/strong>gegr\u00fcndet. Worum\u00a0<\/strong>geht es da genau?<\/strong>
\nGanz im Sinne des Naturkostgedankens unterst\u00fctzen wir mit der \u201eVoelkel-Fl\u00fcchtlingshilfe\u201c verschiedene Institutionen in der Heimat der Fl\u00fcchtlinge, auf der Fluchtroute und vor unserer Haust\u00fcr. Beispielsweise konnten wir \u00fcber den Verkauf unserer Winterprodukte bisher rund 25.000 Euro an das internationale Hilfswerk missio e. V. \u00fcbergeben. Das internationale Hilfswerk arbeitet seit vielen Jahrzehnten in den Krisengebieten rund um den Globus. Neben der n\u00f6tigen Grundversorgung in den Kriegs-oder Katastrophenregionen leistet es vor allem Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe.<\/p>\n
