Was geht an ungem\u00fctlichen Wintertagen immer? Genau, ein Matcha-Latte! Daf\u00fcr \u00bd TL Matcha-Pulver in 50 ml warmes Wasser geben und mit 200 ml Sojaoder Vanillemilch aufsch\u00e4umen \u2013 mit Honig nach Bedarf s\u00fc\u00dfen.<\/p>\n

Winterzeit ist Backzeit, besonders f\u00fcr die Kleinen als s\u00fc\u00dfe Mitbringsel. Und auch Matcha macht in Pl\u00e4tzchen eine gute Figur. Dazu braucht ihr 200 g Weizenmehl, 100 g vegane Margarine, 75 g Rohrzucker, den Saft von \u00bd Limette, 1 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker, 2 EL Matcha, 1 kleine Banane und 1 Prise Salz. Dann die Banane zerdr\u00fccken und mit allen Zutaten in der Knetmaschine zu Teig verarbeiten. Auf bemehlter Unterlage ausrollen und nach Herzenslust ausstechen. Bei 180 Grad 10-12 Min. backen.<\/p>\n

Ihr m\u00fcsst keinen Tee trinken, um in den Genuss von Matcha zu kommen, denn auch als farbenfrohe Creme sorgt Matcha f\u00fcr echte Hingucker: Ihr braucht 150 g Frischk\u00e4se und 1,5 TL Matcha. Den Frischk\u00e4se glatt r\u00fchren und das Matcha-Pulver unterheben, bis eine einheitliche gr\u00fcne Creme entsteht. Die Creme ist perfekt geeignet als Topping zu Pfannkuchen oder als Brotaufstrich.<\/p>\n

Die Dressing- Klassiker sind bekannt, doch jetzt wird\u2019s originell. F\u00fcr grasgr\u00fcnes Matcha-Dressing 1 TL Matcha, 1 EL K\u00fcrbiskernoder Salat\u00f6l, 2 TL Agavendicksaft oder Honig, Saft von \u00bd Orange, Salz & Pfeffer und 80 ml warmes Wasser miteinander vermischen und das Abschmecken nicht vergessen.<\/p>\n

Auch als Smoothie sorgt Matcha f\u00fcr gr\u00fcne und gesunde Zeiten. Dazu 2 TL Matcha, 1 reife Banane, 1 Handvoll frischen Babyspinat, 1 kleine Tasse Hafer- oder Mandelmilch, 1 TL Agavendicksaft oder Honig und optional 1 TL Zimt in einem Mixer fein p\u00fcrieren und dann in ein Glas geben.
