Marzipan in allen Variationen geh\u00f6rt zur Vorweihnachtszeit einfach dazu. Dass man es nicht nur sofort vernaschen, sondern auch himmlische Leckereien damit backen kann, beweisen wir euch mit dieser Rezeptstrecke.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zutaten f\u00fcr ca. 35 St\u00fcck<\/strong><\/p>\n

50 g Marzipan, z.B. Niederegger Marzipan Weissbrot
\n500 g Fertiger Lebkuchen Teig
\n150 g Puderzucker
\n3 EL Zitronensaft rote Lebensmittelfarbe
\n50 g Puderzucker
\n2 EL Silberperlen
\n\"lebkuchen-tannenbaeumchen-mit-marzipan-schneeflocken\"<\/p>\n

\"niederegger\"<\/a>
\n1.<\/strong> Den fertigen Lebkuchenteig ausrollen und ca. 35 Tannenb\u00e4umchen ausstechen. Die kleinen B\u00e4umchen nach Anleitung backen und dann abk\u00fchlen lassen.
\n2.<\/strong> Puderzucker, Zitronensaft und Speisefarbe glattr\u00fchren.
\n3.<\/strong> F\u00fcr die Schneeflocken Marzipan in St\u00fccke zerkleinern und mit 30 g Puderzucker verkneten. Mit 20 g Puderzucker bestreut ca. 2 mm dick ausrollen. Mit einem kleinem Schneeflockenausstecher ausstechen.
