Die Orangenh\u00e4lfte hei\u00df abwaschen und abtrocknen, die Schale abreiben und den Saft ausdr\u00fccken. Orangensaft und -schale zu den Bohnen geben und die Mischung mit dem P\u00fcrierstab glatt p\u00fcrieren.<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> Die Mandelstifte in einer Pfanne hellbraun anr\u00f6sten, herausnehmen und grob hacken. Die Thymianbl\u00e4ttchen fein hacken und mit den gehackten Mandeln unterr\u00fchren.
