H\u00f6chste Zeit also, das Fingerfood zu sich nach Hause zu holen!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17034\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/FishnChips.jpg\" alt=\"Fish&#96;nChips\" width=\"676\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/FishnChips.jpg 676w, https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/FishnChips-660x449.jpg 660w, https:\/\/www.brandnooz.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/FishnChips-300x204.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 676px) 100vw, 676px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr 4-6 Portionen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Fisch im Bierteig<\/p>\n<p>1 Ei (M)<br \/>\n100 ml Bier<br \/>\n100 g Mehl (Type 405)<br \/>\n500 g Welsfilet<br \/>\nSalz<br \/>\nWasser<br \/>\n\u00d6l<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Dip<\/p>\n<p>50 ml unges\u00fc\u00dfte Sojamilch<br \/>\n1-2 TL scharfen Senf<br \/>\n80-100 ml P\ufb02anzen\u00f6l<br \/>\n100 g Magerquark<br \/>\n100 g Spreewaldgurken<br \/>\n1 hart gekochtes Ei 1 kleines Bund Dill<br \/>\n1 TL Honig<br \/>\n1 Spritzer Apfelessig<br \/>\nSalz, Pfeffer<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Brotchips<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd Ciabatta<br \/>\nOliven\u00f6l<br \/>\nSalz, Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Sojamilch und scharfen Senf mit dem Schneidstab im Mixbecher p\u00fcrieren. P\ufb02anzen\u00f6l erst tr\u00f6pfchenweise, dann in d\u00fcnnem Strahl untermixen, bis eine cremig-feste Mayonnaise entsteht. Die Mayonnaise mit dem Magerquark mischen. Die Spreewaldgurken fein hacken und unterr\u00fchren. Das gekochte Ei fein hacken und ebenfalls unterr\u00fchren. Den Dill fein schneiden und den Honig unterr\u00fchren. Den Spreewaldgurkendip mit 1 Spritzer Apfelessig, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> \u00bd Ciabatta-Brot in m\u00f6glichst d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und auf einem Blech mit Backpapier ausbreiten. Mit Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Im hei\u00dfen Ofen bei 160 \u02daC 12-15 Min. hellbraun r\u00f6sten.<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> Das Ei mit 2 EL Wasser verquirlen und mit dem Bier und dem Mehl zu einem glatten Teig verr\u00fchren. Mit Salz w\u00fcrzen und 10 Min. quellen lassen. \u00d6l nach Herstellerangaben in einer Fritteuse auf 190 \u02daC erhitzen. Alternativ ca. 500 ml \u00d6l in einem hohen, schlanken Topf erhitzen.<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong> 500 g Wels\ufb01let (ohne Gr\u00e4ten, k\u00fcchenfertig) in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden und mit 1 EL Mehl vermengen. Durch den Teig ziehen und portionsweise im hei\u00dfen Fett ca. 2-3 Min. goldbraun frittieren.
