Cantaloupe)<br \/>\n125 g B\u00fcffelmozzarella<br \/>\n100 g Rucola<br \/>\n3 EL Aceto Balsamico<br \/>\n2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>\n\u00bd EL Honig<br \/>\nSalz, Pfeffer<br \/>\n80 g Parmaschinken<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Die Melonenh\u00e4lfte mit einem L\u00f6ffel entkernen, in Spalten schneiden und die Melonenspalten sch\u00e4len. Den Mozzarella abtropfen lassen und in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden. Den Rucola putzen, waschen, verlesen und trocken schleudern.<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> F\u00fcr das Dressing den Essig mit Oliven\u00f6l, Honig, etwas Salz und Pfeffer in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Schneebesen verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\n<strong>3<\/strong>.
